Sgt. Kenneth L. White, Army. Killed in Vietnam

Kenneth Leroy White, 1948-1969
Kenneth L. White, 21,  was killed May 1, 1969 in Hau Nghia, South Vietnam where he was serving with the 2nd Battalion of the 25th Infantry Division.
 
Kenneth was born on April 10, 1948 in Rockford, and he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James White. He lived his whole life in Rockford and married Pamela Kahle in Rockford on June 24, 1968.
 
His parents are always at LZ Peace Memorial on Memorial Day and Veterans Day.

The cemetery is at 8000 N. Alpine Rd., Machesney Park, IL 61115

It was a gloomy, sleety and rainy day but many family members of the Heroes on the Wall attended along with many thoughtful people.
